First There Are Seven Wolves And Then There Are Factories.

On the afternoon of September 25th, after visiting the production workshop of seven wolves, the young businessmen who joined the president of the Provincial Youth Chamber of Commerce (enlarged) meeting held a small symposium with Zhou Shaoxiong, chairman of the seven wolf industrial Limited by Share Ltd, at the headquarters of the seven wolves.

At this forum, the most interesting thing that the participants learned from Zhou Shaoxiong was some interesting stories about the brand of the seven wolves.

Anecdote: no factory has seven wolves.

In the common sense of the people, the Chinese enterprise development mode is probably like this: first set up an industrial company, after a certain period of accumulation, then gradually have the brand consciousness, then develop toward the brand.

However, Zhou Shaoxiong believes that his seven wolves take another pattern: first register a trademark and then build a factory.

The seven wolves, known by others, were founded in 1990, which is exactly the time when the seven wolf factory was established.

In fact, as early as 1989, when we planned to set up an enterprise, we began to prepare the registration of trademarks.

This should have been very advanced at that time.

In 1990, after the successful registration of trademarks, we began to build factories and produce products. Then we came to this scale step by step.

At the beginning of the symposium, Zhou Shaoxiong talked to the participants about the story.

Anecdote two: "Septwolves" is a combination of English and French.

Nowadays, with the further development of the seven wolves, the word "Septwolves" also has a very high status in the minds of consumers.

There is actually a little story about the origin of this word.

In 1993, the seven wolves began to design the image recognition system. The trademark image changed from lying wolf to a better wolf representing the male character.

"The Septwolves that consumers see before is actually sevenwolves, that is, the seven wolves in English.

To reflect the characteristics of the team, the designers at that time suggested that we do not use two words of sevenwolves, but to merge into Septwolves.

Later, it was discovered that it was a coincidence that "Sept" was seven in French, and Septwolves naturally became seven wolves.

So I often joke that our trademark is "British and French coalition forces."

Zhou Shaoxiong explained with a smile.

Anecdote three: once the crocodile was surpassed.

Now, the slogan of the seven wolves is to become China's POLO.

However, according to Zhou Shaoxiong, in the early days of the development of the seven wolves, their development goal was not POLO, but a male fashion brand crocodile with a high status in the minds of Chinese consumers for quite a long time.

"When the seven wolves were built, we also wanted to learn from foreign brands.

The farthest place to go was Hongkong.

I remember seeing crocodile brand store in Hongkong at that time, and I thought it was pretty good.

So we aim at crocodiles as a reference for our development.

Zhou Shaoxiong said.

However, until now, Zhou Shaoxiong thinks that his seven wolves have succeeded in surpassing the crocodile.

"At least we can see this from the Hongkong store: Although there are crocodile stores in Hongkong, the number is not that large."
