The reporter learned from the 21 National Conference on promoting family service industry to promote employment at the national video conference on family services.
Family service industry refers to the important service industry that takes family as the object of service to meet the needs of family life, and provides all kinds of labor services to families. It mainly includes 4 formats: household service, pension service, community care service and patient escort service.
The national video conference on the development of family services has decided to take housekeeping as the top priority in the development of family service industry, and take effective measures to promote its development. In addition to adopting the above preferential tax policies, the state will also study and formulate labor employment policies and labor standards for household service agencies, standardize domestic business practices in accordance with the law, actively promote integrity building, create a market environment with mutual trust and safety among all suppliers and suppliers, and next year, it will take the lead in supporting the establishment of a group of domestic service enterprises in conditional areas.
In addition, in promoting the development of 3 formats of care services, community care services and patient care services, the state will timely start the implementation of the community service system construction project, support the construction of family service establishments in the community, carry out multi-level pension services, encourage the development of home services for the disabled, and explore effective ways and means to standardize and develop the accompanying services for patients.
The inter ministerial joint meeting of the family service industry to promote employment includes the development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of civil affairs, the Ministry of finance, the Ministry of Commerce, the National Federation of trade unions, the Communist Youth League Central Committee and the all China Women's Federation.
