Yesterday, the people's Court of Yongjia county made a first instance judgment.

In May last year, AOKANG signed a contract with the sun flame, and commissioned it to issue "MTV" for a single time on CCTV entertainment channel. The price of the MTV is 86 thousand yuan, which amounts to 31 million 476 thousand yuan for the whole year. The two sides agreed that the AOKANG will be paid quarterly and the broadcast time will be from 23:30 to 23:35 every day.

In the first quarter, AOKANG was unable to sit still. From January 1st to March 10th, the images were broadcast only 4 times according to the contract time, and the 41 time was postponed until the next day, and the 12 time was arranged at 23:35.

When the negotiations broke up, AOKANG paid no money after paying the advertising expenses for the first quarter. In May this year, AOKANG filed a lawsuit against the Yongjia sun county court in the local court for breach of the sun's fire. It required 10% of the annual advertising fee as compensation for breach of contract in accordance with the contract stipulations.

After hearing the court, the court held that the defendant had extensive broadcasting activities, especially when more than 60% of the advertisements were postponed to zero. After that, according to people's work and rest, the advertising ratings and effect after zero hour were indeed greatly reduced, so the breach of contract was serious.

The court decided that the sun torch would pay 3 million 147 thousand and 600 yuan for AOKANG's default and seven yuan for the seven missed payment.
