According to reports, the family Richard sheepskin workshop, founded in 1852, is located in Millau District, Aveyro Province, France. It is famous for its exquisite leather products. Its products are usually decorated with metal, pearl, printing, lacquer and roller technology.

General manager Xavier Richard has more than 30 years of experience, and the proportion of 40 employees and workshops has reached about 60%.

Richard specializes in making two kinds of Lacaune and Entrefino sheepskin skins, which are Lacaune and Entrefino.

At present, Richard has become one of the most important suppliers of Chanel, especially small leather products.

From the supply of leather gloves and clothing, the workshop gradually turned to shoes and leather products.

Bruno Pavlovsky, President of Chanel fashion department, believes that the acquisition will strengthen the brand's leather production chain and establish an Millau leather expert group to provide inexhaustible vitality and support for the sustainable development of the Chanel leather sector.

Chanel plans to revitalize the Lacaune sheepskin sector and increase innovation in the future. (Richard) sheepskin leather tanning technology helps Chanel develop new methods for vegetable synthetic tanning agents.

As early as 2012, Chanel bought glove workshop Causse in the Millau area, and another top 150 sheepskin workshop Bodin-Joyeux in nearby.

Chanel is eager to break through the unique technology and capacity of core products.

Barrie has had a history of more than 25 years in making double color cardigan and other style sweaters for Chanel.
